Purpose: find a publisher catalog record, inspect its dated evidence, and open the existing shopping options on that record. This is an identity directory, not a merchant product feed, checkout service or price quotation.

Filters: sport (exact sport name, case/accent insensitive), lang (en).
Pagination: limit (1–50, default 20), offset (0–100000, default 0); follow next until null.
Search uses every normalized token and returns candidate records in stable ID order. Confirm year, product, card number, variant and condition. Do not silently substitute a similar card. Null means unknown. total=0 means no matching catalog records, not no marketplace supply or sales.
The id lookup returns HTTP 404 when unknown. Invalid, duplicate or unsupported parameters return 400. Use id separately from q, sport or offset. All requests are read-only; no registration or API key required.

Each record exposes canonical_url, page_url, evidence_url and shopping_options_url. Cite the canonical research page. Open evidence_url to inspect dates, source coverage and limitations before interpreting a price. shopping_options_url opens the publisher's existing page at its shopping section; it does not purchase or reserve anything. Keep evidence links separate from shopping actions.

A shopping action may lead to a marketplace search rather than a specific listing. Confirm the edition, raw/graded condition, seller, availability, shipping, taxes and total on the merchant site. Historical sales are not current offers. Existing shopping links may be affiliate links; disclosure appears on the page. No automatic checkout or autonomous spending is provided.

The catalog-directory campaign tag identifies the navigation surface only; it does not prove an AI referral, transaction or commission. Retrieving this JSON does not emit a shopping event. Purchases and commissions need separate merchant/network evidence.

This interface does not expose eBay listings, prices, seller data or direct affiliate URLs. No MCP checkout or merchant-feed integration is advertised. See /llms.txt for broader editorial discovery. Public research access is separate from private dashboards and authenticated endpoints.
